About this website

This website is informational. It describes what AcuFlow is being built to become, and it offers one way to be in touch with us. AcuFlow is in active development. Nothing on this website is a commercial product, an offer to sell one, a promise of future availability, or a representation that any product exists today.

Two different places

This website is public. Anyone may read it, and anyone may send us a short message asking to connect.

The AcuFlow participant experience at participate.getacuflow.com is separate and governed. It is entered only by personal invitation, and it has its own terms and its own consent process, which are presented there. These terms do not govern it. Nothing on this public website grants access to it, and nothing here is a commitment to invite anyone.

Not medical advice

Nothing on this website is medical, clinical, or professional advice, and nothing here should be relied on to diagnose, treat, or manage any patient or condition. Practitioners remain solely responsible for their own clinical judgment and care.

Asking to connect

If you send us a message asking to connect, you may include your name, your email address, one of three intents — that you would like to share your experience, that you know someone we should meet, or that you have an idea or a connection to share — and, if you wish, a short message. A person reads what you send, and any follow-up comes by email.

Please understand what this is. It is a request to be in touch. It is not research enrolment, not consent to anything, not participant authority, not an interview, and not a signup for marketing.

Please do not send patient names, identifying details, or any protected health information. This website is not a route for patient data.

Staying connected

Choosing to be emailed occasional updates about our work is a separate and voluntary permission. Asking to connect does not give it, and we do not treat one as the other. You can ask us to stop sending updates at any time.

Acceptable use

Please use this website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to it or the services that run it. Please send only information you have the right to send.

Intellectual property

The AcuFlow name, wordmark, written content, and design on this website belong to AcuFlow and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

No warranties

This website is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AcuFlow is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website.

Changes

We may update these terms as AcuFlow develops. Continued use of the website means you accept the current version.
