Last updated: 9 August 2026. This notice covers the AcuFlow public website at getacuflow.com and www.getacuflow.com. It does not cover the AcuFlow participant experience, and it does not cover the AcuFlow clinical application.
The short version
You can read every page of this website without telling us anything. There is no account and no sign-in.
If you want to, you can send us a short message asking to connect. That is the only thing this website asks of anyone. Please do not send patient information through this website.
Two different places
getacuflow.com is a public information and relationship surface. Anyone may read it. Anyone may optionally send a short message asking to connect. That is all it does.
participate.getacuflow.com is a separate, governed participant experience. It is entered only by personal invitation, and it has its own consent process, which happens there — not here. Nothing you do on this public website enters it, and nothing you do here grants access to it.
Reading this site
- We use a strictly necessary security cookie to protect form submissions. We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking.
- No analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts run on this website.
- Like any website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider, which receives the ordinary technical information a web server receives — including your IP address — in order to serve the page and keep the site secure.
If you ask to connect
You may send us your name, your email address, and one of three intents: that you would like to share your experience, that you know someone we should meet, or that you have an idea or a connection to share. You may add a short message, but you do not have to.
Please do not include patient names, identifying details, or any protected health information. This is not a route for patient data, and it is not built to hold it. If something clinical comes to mind, keep it general.
What happens next is simple. Your message is stored so that a person can follow up with you, and we notify our team so that a person actually sees it. A human reads it, and any reply comes from a person.
What asking to connect is not
Sending a message through this website is not research enrolment, not consent to anything, not participant authority, not an interview, and not a marketing signup. It is a request to be in touch, and nothing more.
Staying connected is a separate choice
Being emailed occasional updates about our work is its own decision, made deliberately and separately. Asking to connect does not add you to anything. If you do choose to stay connected, you can ask us to stop at any time by writing to us.
What we do not do
- This website is not intended to collect patient or protected health information.
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not treat a request to connect as permission to email you updates.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, and you can ask us to remove it. Write to us and a person will answer.
