Privacy Notice

Last updated: 2026. This notice covers the AcuFlow public website at getacuflow.com. It does not cover the AcuFlow clinical application, which is not part of this website and is not publicly available.

The short version

This is an early, informational website. It collects as little as possible: an email address only if you choose to give one, and voluntary questionnaire responses if you choose to take part in Clinical Discovery. We do not collect protected health information (PHI) through this website.

What we collect

  • Your email address — only if you submit it to follow along. We use it to send occasional updates about our work and nothing else.
  • Clinical Discovery responses — if you complete the questionnaire, your answers are collected for research and product understanding. The questionnaire is about your practice and reasoning, and asks you not to include patient names, identifying details, or protected health information.
  • Basic, privacy-preserving usage data — we may use cookieless website analytics that records aggregate page visits. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not identify you personally. For this reason, no cookie-consent banner is required.

What we do not do

  • We do not collect protected health information through this website.
  • We do not sell your information.
  • We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies.

Third parties that help run this site

A few trusted services process limited information on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, security, and cookieless analytics.
  • Tally — the Clinical Discovery questionnaire is provided and processed by Tally; your responses are submitted to Tally on our behalf. See Tally's own privacy policy for details.
  • Our email provider — stores the email address you submit so we can send updates.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to us. You can decline to take part in Clinical Discovery, or stop at any point. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, contact us below.
